You only receive a set of LONG, and SHORT bolts, there is not a MEDIUM bolt set , although the directions mention THREE sets?

BOLT ON and FLAT Caps - NICE!

I have used a product in the past from Lowes very similar to this product. The bolt that held the toilet down was hexagon in shape so that you could get a wrench on it to tighten them. I see that this product has a phillips head to tighten it. In my opinion this is a mediocre design and a flaw. Now I'm sure this will work fine however it could work MUCH better having this tightening mechanism either be a hex head bolt, torx bit, or screw bit. I was close to buying multiple sets of these then opted out when I noticed the phillips head screw.
