Came quickly and easy to install. Once I replaced the broken part, the toilet flushed as it should.

The actuator is exactly what I expected. It will go with the fixtures in the bathroom.

Kohler makes a difference.

Beautifully crafted, precisely functioning flush activator.   I use bleach tablets in my tank.   The cheaper activators which came with the toilet began to exhibit green corrosion from the bleach tablet fumes.   But the Kohler activators are crafted from non-reactive stainless steel and do not corrode.   They also operate more smoothly and surely than the cheap plastic ones with chrome finish.   I thought the Kohler activators were kind of expensive.   But now that i have them installed I’m glad I purchased them.   I didn’t use the rods which extend from the activator buttons to the buttons on the flush valve.   I simply unscrewed the old ones which were almost identical but already calibrated to the right length.   You could also use the new ones which come with the Kohler activator, but they would have to be cut to the correct length.

The directions were very clear and it was simple to install. It works well.  I wish the quality of the materials was higher. The plastic looks as if it will not last long. I did order 2, in the event it breaks again.

Easy to install

Purchased because of the Kohler name but disappointed in quality. There is slight corrosion but that’s not what bothers me it’s the plastic piece below where it connects to flush that has broken and doesn’t fully operate.

This plastic piece started to loose its polished chrome finish very quickly after installation.  After 2 years I can't stand it anymore and going to have it replaced but not sure it's worth the money to fix it.  Very disappointed since I've had no issues with the levers on my other Kohler toilets, it's just this top of the tank actuator.

Corroded quickly

We have 3 different types of Kohler toilets and only this one (Persuade) continues to fail.  The flush valves are plastic and do not last!!!

Plastic??

We bought a Persuade Curv 2 with this dual-flush actuator. Within 6 months the buttons started to corrode. Our previous toilet handles lasted over 20 years with no corrosion or look of wear. I expected more from a Kohler product.
