The lid of the bidet cannot be purchased for repair, despite the housings that connect it to the seat being lightweight plastic that eventually snaps. Why would such an integral part be made so poorly, yet not be replaceable?

Contrived Durability

This is our second one, for reason when you sit on it the seat squeaks?!?!

Our water pressure is excellent so there must be something wrong with the jetty. It's pointing downward.

I have 2 of these; both are Kohler products, one with a dryer feature, one without. Both are great and save on toilet tissue.

2nd purchase

I previously ordered a cheaper bidet from Amazon and sent it back to them.   This bidet seat is very nice and fits and looks very well on my Kohler toilet.  I love how easily the entire bidet seat snaps in and out.  It is also very secure when it is snapped in place.  Last, but not least, it does an excellent job of cleaning you and itself!

Bought it a month ago by looking up many similar products. Compared to others that I have had, this one is the best. Such as the water kept in the same temperature during the using, the water head positions are much wide adjustable than others (I had never used high end products). It was only a little bit cost but I felt it worth it.
