Unless you have a new build home that you requested to put an electrical outlet right next to your toilet, you more than likely won’t be able to use this without using an extension cord, which is a complete eye sore. Must be plugged in to work. Seat is okay, but not worth the money.

This toilet seat works fine, but unless you have an outlet near your toilet, you’ll likely need an unsightly extension cord—making it hard to justify the price.

First shot of water is a cool surprise, aim of water is not on target, and seat shift in response to leaning is a bit of a jolt.  As far as I can figure, when light is not wanted, it has to be turned off after each use (light turns on upon seating through dark hours)   Do like the warm seat!

Don't waist your money on this. It is not easy to install and not easy to use , it does not work half of the time

Don't waist your money on it

1. The plumbing and mechanicals of this seat move you forward and shrink the overall fore-aft space. Guys may find themselves with their front parts touching the front of the bowl. This is unpleasant, unsanitary, and unacceptable.   
2. The nightlight apparently cannot be disabled. Yes you can turn it off by holding the stop button for three seconds, but it resets itself as soon as you turn the lights out again.  I don't want a light shining in my toilet bowl all night, and there should be an option to disable it. 

Overall thumbs down. 
We will be replacing this with a regular seat that fits and doesn't glow all night long.

Odd ergonomics and frustrating nightlight

What an upgrade from the traditional toilet seat!  It is super comfortable when sitting. The seat boasts a wonderful warmer. (Not sure if I can now go back to a cold seat) it feels great on your rear. It has a nightlight mode and the lid has the soft close feature. There are front and rear was modes. The heating element heats the water quickly. You feel super clean after using.
 It was relatively easy to install. The issue we had was there was no hole to I our tank to put the water hose thru, like the instructions state. So we have the water hose over the bowl. (You can see in the photos. )You also will need an outlet pretty close to the toilet. Overall. Great seat!

Feel clean and comfortable!

Unfortunately this didn’t fit our toilet, so we gave it to my in-laws and it got theirs! They replaced their previous bidet with this one, and they are in love. Their previous one didn’t leave them feeling “clean” and was just hard to manage. We will be getting one that fit ours soon.

Bare Necessities

This is an amazing addition to my bathroom. The heated water and seat are great on my tush. It is great water pressure and I feel clean and refreshed. Awesome product.

Never thought I'd be reviewing a toilet seat but here I am haha. I LOVE this thing. I was apprehensive about the bidet part but the warmed seat sold me. It's such a wonderful feature especially in the winter! This seat is really just fantastic. There are 3 seat heat settings, back and front bidet options (both from the back, just sprayed differently) with 3 settings each and a nightlight! I mean for a toilet seat it really doesn't get much better than this. I have received several complimentary comments about it from guests as well who also love the features. It was really easy to install. The instructions were clear and very few (if any) tools were needed. I think I had to use a tool to get an old bolt lose but that's about the extent of it. Super easy. The lid and seat have the slow close design which is super important to me with a young child. I really can't say enough good things about this and have absolutely nothing negative to say. No cons at all that I've seen or experienced.
