Easy to install and love that it is so easily detached for through cleaning

Can easily be detached for cleaning

The quick release feature is a problem.  I don't need a quick release. What goes around the scew is a flange that spreads when the screw is tightened.  When the flange spreads, the seat wobbles.  I installed a non-electric bidet that has an extension that fits across the bottom of the seat and has holes thru which the screws of toilet seat fit. This tends to spread the flanges even more causing it to wobble even more.  The cap is supposed to fit over the flange and keep it from spreading thus preventing the wobble. It does do that but over time the cap can break and then the seat can't be prevented from wobbling.  I did call Kohler and they suggested model 20110-0 which does not have flanges and, instead, makes a complete solid circle around the screw so there are not spreading flanges and looseness. If the caps break again I will try the suggested model.  The box that I bought with model R25781-A-0 did not show a diagram of the flanges or even say that it is quick release.

Quick Release causes other problems--spreading phlanges and wobble

Bought this seat to replace one that broke.  Every feature of it is similar, but it does not have Quick Release hinges as advertised on the Kohler site and the Home Depot site.  Very disappointing in that regard for cleaning ease.

Great Features,  but this Home Depot exclusive is different than specifications
