Agree with those who noted how uncomfortable this seat is, it hits me right in the "sit bones" and I would not have bought it if there was any way to test drive it. Alas, it has a feel of quality and sturdiness and we're probably stuck with it for many years.
On the other hand, installation, which is a little bit novel, was easy, suggesting the seat will stay put. More metal and less plastic than in most!

An uncomfortable sit on a quality seat

There is NO way to quickly release this toilet seat for cleaning.  And there are NO videos or instructions (either with the item or online) on how to install.  I can only screw in the tabs.  There is NO way to remove the seat without unscrewing the hinge.  $50 for nothing.

I bought 2 weeks ago from Lowe’s thought I would get use to it but it is the worst sitting seat ever. The seat has a very steep seat to the inside and is very uncomfortable. Worst toilet seat I have ever used!!!

Stainless on stainless is a bad idea. The screw threads began to gall before the unit was sufficiently tightened, and now won't unthread, making removal a problem.

Top mount screw issue

Such a nice toilet seat! Once you use one of these, you will not go back to your cheaper/basic toiletseats! It has a quiet-close feature, which is amazing. So many times the lid slips out of mine or my daughters hands and slams, that is hard to do with this seat! It is also supposed to be easily removable to make it easier to clean, I personally have no tried this out just yet but will definitely be keeping it in mind and using it asap! Definitely make sure you are choosing the right seat for your toilet as this one is for the longer toilets!

Fits great on our temp toilet. We may actually stick with this seat. Its doesnt slide around, stays cover when needed, and very easy to instal. Totally recommend this to anyone who has a fear of sliding on their current toilet set

Very easy install and cannot beat the quiteness of the lid.  My husband always complains that people slam the lid down and he can hear it slamming from all over the house.  This quiet slow closing lid is perfect!!  I want to get others and replace all of my standard toilet seats in the house.

Excellent

We have an elongated toilet in our master bathroom and this seat fits it perfectly even though it is a different brand.  The seat is very sturdy and was easy to install.  We have had other seats in the past that were cheap plastic, but this one is above the rest.

Great seat

This elongated toilet seat fit the need at hand. The easy on and easy off feature of the hinge assembly make this a breeze to clean. Rubber bumpers soften the noise to complete a stylish and practical item for the house.

Best seat in the house!

I like how the seat concave inward. The seat is comfortable to sit on. The install just takes a few minutes. I recommend reading the instructions to understand how the screws fit in. The cover is slow and quiet close and takes about 20 seconds to close. I am very happy with my new seat.
