I bought 3 of these seats as I remodeled my bathrooms and I have been a fan of kohler quality and their customer service. These seats were installed in March 2025, after about 5 months two of them stopped working as in no water. I reset the system cleaned the filter as recommended but nothing. I called Kohler regarding this and they sent replacement. However today November 2025 the third seat also stopped working, same thing no water. I am going to call Kohler and they will likely send me a replacement but I am worried what happens after 3 year warranty on this product is done? When you buy Kohler products you have peace of mind that you are buying quality products that will last you many years. But I think Kohler missed their mark on this product. This is not at all living upto Kohler reputation and is actually hurting it.

All 3 seats stopped dispensing water in about 6 months

Not happy with this product, the sprayer stopped working before 6 months of use. Kohler will send a COLD seat to use while my heated seat (with a heated water feature) is in repair for a month or so. I would NOT recommend this item. It was really great until it wasn't!!!

Everything was great for ALMOST 6 months

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and I have to say, I have not been disappointed.  I dont know why I have waited so long before having a bidet.  I installed it myself.  It was very easy and I am not usually the type to be able to do things like this.  I absolutely love my bidet.

Best Buy Ever

So, I received this after asking Influenster to cancel the order. It was the incorrect size and I was told to just use it anyway. Unfortunately, toilet seats are not universal and as I tried explaining to the Influenster customer service, I would not be able to use it to test the product. That’s not Kohler’s issue, though. 

The product came well boxed and all parts were protected during shipping. It includes an instruction manual for installation, that isn’t too difficult to follow along with. 

As I said, it is the wrong size for my toilet, so I can’t comment on how well or poorly it works. It does make a stunning presentation, though. Kohler is a well-trusted name in plumbing. 

In the end, I gifted it to a neighbor. As much as I appreciate Kohler’s generosity, I am thoroughly disappointed in the response by Influenster customer support in getting the order cancelled.

Stunning presentation

This was an experience from install to use. I won’t lie it was a little intimidating out of the box but pretty simple install after you read everything. The features are amazing. The heat is perfect going into the winter when it’s the worst to sit on a cold toilet seat. First use was surprising. Love all of the adjustments. Now I feel like I need one for all of my bathrooms. Everyone should try one out. Heat recommend!

Bidet virgin!

This bidet was pretty easy to install. It’s got a lot of really cool features. It’s neat that it opens automatically when you go near it. It’s nice that the water is warm without having to be hooked into the hot water line. The seat is heated too, so it’s automatically warm when you sit down. It’s got a lot of cool features like a dryer, it sanitizes, and you can personal your preferences for up to two users. It is very sleek looking too. The only downside is that even though there are certain round toilets that are compatible, and ours is one that is compatible, it does look a little weird on a round toilet compared to an elongated toilet. We currently have it in our half bath downstairs and guests are always super impressed.

Super cool and high tech!

I have never really had much experience with bidets except for a few trips to Europe, but Kohler’s Irvine Bidet Seat had some surprising features. I enjoy that the seat automatically opens and closes as well as is seated, which is much appreciate on cold mornings. I’m still figuring out the bidet washing and drying system, and while the water is also heated, I would like there to be more air pressure when it blows air. The worst part of the bidet seat is the installation as it required ordering additional parts and the running of the electrical wires and water tubes is clunky. You have to have an electrical socket close by your toilet which is why I had to install it in my guest bathroom. I would probably suggest that you have it professionally installed. It isn’t difficult to do on your own, but a little annoying to get everything right. I also wish that the control module came with a mounting bracket. It took me some time to figure out a good placement for it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and will likely install another whenever I remodel my other bathrooms.

A Heated Seat? Why, Yes!

This is an amazingly boujee toilet seat. Never in my life did I think I could experience luxury like this at home. I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I've only ever used a seat somewhat like this in Japan and Hawaii in 5 star hotels. Ever since my first time using a bidet I have wanted them in my home. Once you use one, there's no other way to use the toilet lol. 
This toilet seat is insane. Its heated, lighted, self sanitizing, and remote controlled. Any user could find a setting that would be suitable. I never thought I would have something like this; it is amazing. 
I installed this in a couple hours and it took me a while because I didn't have help and I'm not totally comfortable with installing toilet parts. I know I made the right choice putting it in my personal bathroom lol. This is the best thing I've put into my home so far; I'll never go back. If you're considering it you NEED to take the plunge and get this model; pricey but unlike any other on the market. Self sanitizing gives me peace of mind. The warming component is so nice when it's winter and my husband keeps the house cold. I can't believe I lived this long without my own bidet. Try it and you will never go back!

The creme de la creme of bidets!!

This is life changing in every sense. Both my husband and I love this more than most things in our home and have said many times we aren’t sure how we made it this far in life without this. It’s a game changer. The warm seat alone is amazing. Not to mention after some seggys time being able to “wash” up it’s sooo handy to have! I love our bidet!

How did I live life before this

Are you kidding? This has a heated seat, different settings for different people using the seat, self sanitizing led light, temperature adjustment and MORE!! I was shocked at how amazing this is. I’ve never owned a bidet before but I already can’t live my life without this. It has a remote control on its own. Insane!!
