This B day works perfectly with its adjustments for water temperature for fan, speed, etc. It was easy to install, simply replacing the existing toilet seat with this new fixture. The only thing we had to do especially was to put an electric outlet near the toilet. we show it to all of our visitors and they are surprised at how easily we added it to my existing toilet.

Wish I had found this bidet years ago

This unit is costly…..
BUTT, I’m saving on TP, Fushable wipes, Tucks medicated pads for hemorrhoids, and my prescription hydrocortisone for hemorrhoids.  In the long run, I will be coming out ahead. 
Plus, it feels amazing!! Ooh la la!!

I bought this product a couple of months ago and so far I am very pleased. Installation was easy, product works great. 
I read other reviews complaining that the size of the opening is small, and indeed it is smaller than that of a regular seat, but this is not an impediment for me or my wife.

I measured carefully, compared the measurements to the stats on this model.  It does not fit.  No one responded to my help ticket, either.

I wish I could review this product. I was looking forward to it however we were unable to install this seat because we are unable to remove the screws from our original seat. Kohler wants to charge us $40- extra for a piece of metal that they say should remove the old screw.

Unable to install

Had a plumber install this bidet seat. Choices were limited because our toilet has a round opening. First of all, the seat is slightly elongated, so it does not meet the rim of the toilet exactly. My husband(6’2” 180 pounds) used it the first time and said it was the smallest toilet seat he ever sat on. Me? I am 5’4”, 130 pounds and it is small for me. So small, in fact, that it is difficult to reach behind for manual cleaning. When the wand comes out for the forward cleaning, water sprays everywhere out the front, even with the wand in the furthest back position for front cleaning. We only looked at Kohler bidet seats because we installed a new Kohler toilet this summer and thought it would be a great fit. Luckily, we installed an elongated bidet in another bathroom that fits both of us well. Quite unhappy with this round one and don’t think we will be using the bidet function all that much

Small, small opening in the toilet seat

Worth the money, the only fit for Kohler toilets. Less bulky than the much more expensive models. Has most features of first class units. No remote is nice. Controls are easily accessible and easy to operate and does not take much room on the side of the toilet. Once you have it you say what took me so long. Water line is easy to connect. It has a built in water heater, blower and warmer. The only potential issue is having a plug reasonably close else call an electrician to route a plug. It is worth the costs.

An essential product - you would certainly confirm once you have it.

I installed this in bathroom about a month ago and found it to be wonderful. We weren’t sure when we purchased this but now my wife and I wonder why we waited so long. Easy install. We recommend this seat to all our friends and family.

Wonderful

The product is a great product, however, my toilet did not allow the bidet seat to sit far enough back which caused the front of seat to allow the front rim of toilet to intrude into the seat space by about an 1.5".  The already small seat opening became smaller which is ok for a girl but not a guy.  If you buy this make sure you have plenty of room for the seat to move towards the back of toilet rim.
I would also like to suggest to manufacturer to provide some type of a template that could measure how the seat will fit.
If I had to do over again I would buy an elongated toilet and elongated bidet seat.

Smaller than expected

Exceeds all my expectations.   Very easy to install and the features including oscillating spray and dryer are top notch.   Nice to have the warm seat.
