I Bought the E875 November 2024 and have about three weeks of experience. Our first bidet seat and let me tell you it’s a great improvement for our number two Business. Overall install
was very simple, however, it does not fit well on a one piece Kohler elongated toilet due to clearance between the seat and the tank. The seat sits way too far forward. I consulted with Kohler chat Before I purchased, and their answer was “it should fit”. It does fit but not very well. Our toilets are Kohler Tresham and Santa Rosa. I would not recommend buying the seat if you have those or similar in the one piece. We love the seat so much that we are contemplating buying a different toilet to fix the fit. Figuring out how to operate this lovely machine was definitely confusing at first with all the options, but we eventually figured it out. The only other problem is that the LED nightlight does not turn on. I don’t know if it’s faulty or if there is a way to enable/disable. The owners manual does not cover the LED nightlight function at all. Kohler experts please advise. Overall, the seat is a great addition to our master bath. My wife and I are really happy that we have a bidet seat. The warm water never runs out. The 3-D wash is spectacular. The heated seat is cozy. The auto seat cover open/close function keeps things sanitary.

Great features but needs improvement.
