So much better than plastic… they should only sell this. Busted three toilet seats in 2 years (we are normal I swear) before going on Reddit and doing my research. Will be replacing all seats with this going forward.

I’m an old lady - 77 years old.  Yikes!  I was an able to order and install by myself.

Wow!

Upgraded to this from another Kohler product which was plastic and no longer closed slowly/quietly. One of the plastic hinges on this new seat snapped completely in two after less than 30 days from installation. My wife and I weigh less than 150 pounds each, and to make matters worse we were away for a week after installing it so the seat saw less than 3 full weeks of normal usage before breaking. Completely unsatisfied and would not recommend.

Broke Within 3 Weeks

This is a pretty standard product…. And in this case I say standard as a very good thing. I think sturdy and functional is good for a toilet seat. I don’t want or need anything fancy, so this was great!

Reliable product

This toilet seat was easy to install, and the slow close design works well. It's comfortable and seems to be made of quality materials and is a good quality item for the price. The 4-star rating is due to the cap being broken upon delivery.

Good quality with great features

This toilet seat is very sturdy! It’s comfortable too! We’ve been using it for a few weeks now. It fits very well on our toilet with no problems. My husband had it installed in less than 5 minutes! I think it’s well worth the value!
