When I first bought this Toilet seat the bumpers kept falling off. I had purchased numerous replacement bumpers and I received once from kohler. I never knew that because these bumpers that kept coming off the toilet seat was not getting the proper support when we sat on toilet. Because of no support I have noticed a crack underneath toilet seat. Contacted Kohler and their response is not under warranty anymore. Warrant shouldn’t matter if product is defective. All we did is sit on the toilet seat . WE have glued them in and they still continue to fall out, indicates defective item. Disappointed in Kohler response. Beware of this problem!

Replaced a cracked lid with this exact match. It was very easy to install.

Have adjusted but still is more on one side than the other. Replaced broken seat so returning it will leave me no no toilet seat.

Does not sit straight

Very happy with the toilet seat.  We have ordered kohler products in the past & pleased with the quality.

Great product

I was cleaning the toilet seat and I did something that broke the soft close for the seat cover, the other part was still working fine. I thought “oh well, I’ll just tell the family and we’ll deal with it.” Well, I couldn’t deal with the constant noise of the slamming toilet seat cover, especially in the middle of the night. I had to buy a replacement and it was worth every penny.

I have four cracked seats over a couple of years time.

Kohler Slow close toilet seats

Two of these have cracked in past 5 years. average weight folks seems like it should last longer than a few years - not sure what other manufacturers there are for biscuit elongated toilet seat...
