Purchased this product from a plumbing supply in Oakland, CA.  It was expensive good looking and professionally installed - BUT  it has had five plug ups during the one year in use.  I have used the extended flush cycle for the # 2 - which uses more water and under normal conditions the toilet will not flush down.  It must be unplugged manually and flushed two or three times again.  My other low boy toilet by Kohler never had such an issue.  The flush is simply not strong enough.  Now, the toilet is flushed three times during use when necessary to prevent the plug.  A total waste of water and annoying as well.

Fabulous Ice Gray toilet.  I did not want a white toilet so I went with Ice gray toilet and sink.  Really nice.

Adair toilet

We bought this about two months ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the purchase. We had the Kohler low-boy-type before but we believe this one is more comfortable and better for our back.

Great features and comfortability

I recently relocated & bought 100 yr old house with large bathroom. Have replaced shower/tub combo and just replaced toilet with Adair. Love the smaller compact 1 piece size with easy clean removal seat. Have had it installed for about 2 months & it is perfect for my bathroom. Have no problem finding handle as others commented on even with lid up. I would certainly recommend this particular 1 piece toilet to others. I did major research prior to buying this Kohler Adair in numerous brands, sizes, types & etc.

Adair 1 piece comfort height toilet

I just finished a Master Bathroom renovation and decided to go with the Kohler Adair on the recommendations of a couple of plumbers that I asked for advice. Also checked all websites for reviews and comments. I like this toilet and decided to replace another one in the guest bathroom with this same model. Looks good, flushes very well and quiet also is the perfect height.

Quality toilet

I replaced 2 toilets in my home with this Kohler toilet and love them both.  I have another bathroom reno and I will be ordering the same toilet again.
