Spent a lot of money on this toilet and unfortunately it started leaking. Work order assigned through Kohler 4 weeks ago and still not resolved. Hoping the plumbers can figure out what is going on. Very nice guys but don’t have it resolved yet. Shouldn’t have to be this complicated for a toilet of this cost. Will update once I have more information.

Very dissapointed, I have this toilet for less then six months and toilet start leaking, called kohler and they sent a technician plumber to take a look and they found the leak and order replacement parts, waited for a week tech came to fix it and found out that part won't fit and they have to replaced the whole toilet, they said that it will take 2 weeks to deliver but after 2 weeks the tech called me saying that they are out of stock. Now I don'tknow how long it will take for finally get the toilet. Since they have that many distributors why they don't agree with one of them that have it in stock to give me the toilet and Kohler replace it to them? Very dissapointed.

Instructions are not correct per the print , the hose is too long and will not fit the floor installation.

After spending hundreds of dollars to relocate on the floor as we were installing a pocket door and removed the water valve from the wall .

Kohler engineers could not mfg a hose 7” shorter for this installation.

Just completed a bathroom renovation on a small bathroom and we were looking utilize as much space as possible. The Avoir looked perfect for what we were looking for and we looked everywhere. No tank in the wall or need for another electric outlet for the toilet. It is very contemporary and not a ton of bidet and light features that can go bad in a few years that we have to pay for and repair. Water fill is super quick and a strong, quiet flush. We certainly took a risk by buying a newly released toilet without reviews, but so glad we did. I will buy more for other bathrooms.
