Have three Betello toilets installed in my new house all 3 toilets have leaks in the battery pack compartment with corrosion caused by poor sealing gasket which destroyed IC connector board. Hence entire continuous cleaning system is trashed. Don’t buy this product - replacement parts are out of stock For Kohler design problem. Will never by Kohler again.

Continuous Clean System is Garbage - Do not buy!

The chlorine tablet lid on the original take would not seal, the rubber seal deteriorated quickly.  Ordering a pair of new ones for my two toilets should be a good thing, right?  NOOOOOO!  The new rubber WELDS to the blue tablet tank, and cannot be removed.  And now the entire tank cannot be worked on because the lid of the tablet well is what holds the plastic top of the tank together.  So if I have to replace the water valve or the flapper valve, I must DESTROY the entire self cleaning mechanism.  I'm trying to get support, and there is no Kohler support.  I did not buy from the store, I bought direct and because of that I am unable to get this fixed without buying a whole new tank.  The self cleaning repair parts do not cover some of the most important parts, so you must buy the ENTIRE tank assembly.  I only loaded the tablet holder ONCE, and that yablet is still in there, and already I can't open the tank, it happened that fast.  The lid is going to force me to buy a whole tank assembly, meaning it destroyed my ability ti use the tank, so the tank is destroyed (or I must abandon the self cleaning function which is the only reason we bought these expensive toilets...  or abandon the entire toilet).

Hardly a year old, and I already need parts for my toilet.  The tablet tank is leaking.  But as I browse the parts, the chlorine tablet tank is not an available part.  The lid to the tablet tank is available, but to get the tank you have to buy the entire water tank assembly.  The chlorine tablets erode plastic and rubber parts, so I would expect to have to replace those parts from time to time.  The fact they don't sell the part that is leaking is going to be a problem.  I should not have to spend hundreds of dollars for a whole new water tank if all that is wrong is a small $2 plastic part needs replacement.  Yeah, I know you will charge me $20+ for the $2 part, and that is fine, just don't force me to spend $300 for parts I don't need.  I like the toilet in general, but sell ALL of the parts.

We love these toilets, but to not be able to get maintenance parts for a new toilet is ridiculous.

Will I be able to get parts for my expensive toilet?  Or do I have to buy the entire water tank every year?

I purchased this tank along with the matching toilet bowl over a month ago.  My wife especially loves the continuous clean feature of this tank.  We would recommend it highly to anyone looking to replace an existing toilet/tank or to install in a new home.

Very impressive middle part of toilet that I got as part of an incentive. Not needed tho! One of the best middle toilet parts I’ve used. Tell you what, even works better when you put all three parts to the toilet together!!

Okay so this tank is pretty cool. I'm usually not one to use cleaning tabs only because I usually either forget to buy them or forget to use them when I do have them lol. I love that on the inside of this tank there is a compartment to place the cleaning tablet and it does all the work on its own. The tank was pretty easy to install. There was really nothing to it. Only thing I suggest when putting it together is make sure the cover to where the cleaning tab goes is on before u let the tank fill up. Water will come out of the hole in the back if you don't.  the only little dislike I have is the top of it isn't as big as my previous toilet so I can't fit as much stuff on top. But that's no biggie I just moved things around. But I would definitely recommend this tank.

Crazy to say but we are in love with this toilet! The installation wasn't too bad not hiring a professional plumber to do it. It looks absolutely great in our master bath. It does such a great job flush after flush. Wish we had gotten one like this years ago.

Works great

I bought this toilet a month ago to replace my round bowl and have been pleased so far. The tank is easy to flush easy to adjust the water pressure and refills fairly quick. I would recommend this tank to anyone.
