I ordered this toilet online; it arrived in two different boxes (tank in one and bowl in the other). I have all the documentation to back up my review. I had to order the bowl portion of the toilet 5 times (yes 5!) before receiving one that could be used.  Three of the items were delivered broken and one delivery was a tank (incorrect part). The fifth parcel was intact and installed and we are using it.  However, I still have the incorrect part (the tank) that I didn't need and was told to throw it away along with the three that were sent broken.  What a waste! Customer service told me it was more expensive to ship back than it was worth.  I do have half a toilet that can't be used, it is in a dune color so I can't donate it anywhere without the other portion. To purchase the bowl portion would cost me $700 so that isn't viable.  I think the customer service was excellent in this case, but would not recommend ordering online for toilet parts as they are not packaged well enough to ship without issues.  I'm very sorry I picked Kohler for my project.  I do live about 2 hours away from any city and I did pick a color that isn't common so I do think ordering was my only option, but I would not do this again.

Do you realize that the height of the bowl isn't stated anywhere!?!  Not in the specifications; not on the website; not in the reviews.  And not from the Chat.

Are you kidding me??

This toilet bowl was easy to put in and attach to the tank. My husband was able to do all of it himself, and I only needed to spot him while was lining up the new wax ring. The bowl sits up a little higher than our last one, but I'm happy with the height. It's easier to get on and off!

Well-made toilet bowl

Let me begin by saying that I always check reviews before I buy anything. I checked the reviews on this toilet and most were favorable so I bought. This is an excellent toilet with a powerful flush. It is very well made and looks fantastic. Also it was easy to install.

Excellent value

I got Kohler's Cimarron 2PC 1.28 PB CC Bowl as a set with Kohler's Cimarron 1.28 GPF Toilet Tank with AquaPiston Technology. I have never seen a toilet designed this way. Instead of the water drizzling down all sides of the toilet to refill this toilet shoots water out of the side creating a tornado cleaning, flushing, & filling it. I love how easy it is to clean. Since water doesn't refill by drizzling down the sides there isn't a lip around the top collecting mold and adding a smell over time that is hard to get rid of. Ive had several compliments about this seat in the time we've had it installed. Its definitely my new favorite thing about our bathroom renovation.

360 Flush

This is a very simple and clean look. The bowl tapers into the base with no sharp edges to gather dirt. The bowl is designed for the water to travel 360 degrees in a swirling motion as it drains. This helps to keep the bowl clean and gather all of the bowls occupants as it travels. Install is simple and there is even a spot under the tank that can be used as a hand hold for easier handling.

Nice - Clean Lines

Love the Kohler brand, but this one just seems a bit off.  It does not seem like the entire bowl gets washed to perfection when you flush.  It does a better job when you hold the handle down for a couple extra seconds which is fine.

Flushing problems

bought 2 of these in March 2021 sight unseen.  had them installed by lic. plumber.  They fit nicely into limited space and the 1.28 gpf seems adequate, but it does not clean the sides of the bowl.  We need to clean each bowl daily with toilet brush. The bowl design is such that each flush releases only one stream of water that circulates around the rim of the bowl then cascades down the side, with insufficient force to properly clean ;residue always remains.  Poor design, thus poor rating.  We're stuck with these for now, but will have to replace them in near future.

bowl wont clean with regular flush

I bought this toilet in January and love it so I wanted another one for my other bathroom.  I couldn’t find my color in any store so I called Kohler.  They had one in stock. It looks great and it flushes great.  I love the higher seat level too.  Customer Service is great.  My purchase arrived broken and Customer Service was awesome in dealing with the issue.  The replacement arrived in fine condition.  I would recommend this product and Kohler products.
