I have had three Cimarron toilets installed in my North Carolina home for years.  They were easy to install, well-designed, and not at all leaky.  So when I needed to buy two new toilets for a home in Indiana, I went with the Cimarron again.  I should have checked the reviews.  I installed the first toilet and found, similar to others, that there is a slow, constant leak from the AquaPiston connection to the external bottom of the tank.  This is a piece that is placed and connected at the factory.  I had purchased two, so I used the second one to replace the failing first install.  Thankfully that worked.  The Cimarron's modifications and quality control are not what I expected from Kohler - especially having been a long-time satisfied customer.  Now I have a second toilet to install and a failing tank design.  I expected better from Kohler.

Purchased this toilet 3 months after complete knee replacement.   It is very quiet and fast flushing.  Worked with my physical therapist on correct height and this one was perfect.

Absolute garbage.   I installed, followed directions and it leaks like crazy between the tank and the base from the bolts.  I removed the tank, got water all over my hardwoods, and nothing I could see was wrong.  I also have zero appetite to remove it, pack it up, and take it back to the store and re-do everything.   I will never buy another Kohler toilet again as in reading reviews this experience sounds common.

Worst toilet I’ve ever owned. And I now have 4 of them. 
The float gets stuck about 10% of the time so the tank doesn’t fill. 
The 360° flush feature is horrible. 
There's about a one square inch section of the bowl that water never touches when you flush. So if something sticks there you have to clean it manually. 
It doesn’t remove everything when you flush. Takes multiple flushes to remove all solids. 

DO NOT BUY! You will regret it if you do. 

Way too expensive for the quality. 

I cannot believe a company like Kohler would put their name on this pile of junk. The cheapie no name company toilets are better than this.

I hate, Hate, Hate, HATE!!!! This toilet

Just got product.  I like the size for my bathroom.

Great size and features!

I purchased 7 of these toilets in 2021 for my new home. While they look good and flush well, 4 of the 7 have failed and leaked. 2 of those leaks were catastrophic and they always occur when the toilet is not being used. That is 4 out of 7 with problems. The trouble seems to be the plastic nut that holds the tank on. It just snaps and then the tank is no longer attached. It is incredible to me that this nut is plastic and not brass. Saving Kohler $2-3 has cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. I would highly advice avoiding this model. If Kohler sold a metal replacement for the nut, I'd be willing to keep them. Otherwise I am replacing them all with new toilets of another make.

Poor design that causes floods when the tank breaks off.

Today, we installed this toilet. It was easy to install. Despite being elongated, and I moved from a short round to this tall and elongated, the toilet seems to leave visual space in the room.

I put four of these with 360 revolution flush into my new house. These are cleaned weekly.  Every couple of weeks or so I get a black glob coming out of the port at the start of the 360.  I assume this is a glob of mold that is building up in a area between here and tank.  Any thoughts?  Should I be putting some type of cleaner in tank?  I have heard that cleaners can damage tank components.  Not sure how to deal with this.

My toilet had to have its bolts/nuts/gasket and flush valve replaced today. I have a leak between the tank and the toilet and upon my plumbers inspection, the flush valve and the bolts/gaskets were faulty. Just over one year old. Not happy.
