Get Ready!

You are leaving KOHLER.com.

Totally impressed how Kohler packed the bowl and tank for shipping. They are in their own box to start, encapsulated in foam inside an outside box. They arrived in perfect condition, I was worried about them getting broken during shipping.

Best looking toilet on the market

I love the style and size of this toilet. It has a small profile so it fits easily into a powder room or bathroom. I now have two, one in my powder room and one in my guest bathroom. The lid was cracked when I received it but Kohler replaced it within two days.

Beautiful design and small profile all in one

Great customer service and price!!!! Love my new beveled Kohler toilet. I would buy nothing else. From A to Z the process was so easy. I ordered on the phone and the rep was so courteous and helpful. Kohler also gave me free shipping. Everything came in perfect condition. Love Kohler!!! Check it out. They also had the color I wanted!

Kohler beveled elongated toilet.

And very comfortable!
Our old Devonshire was the shorter model.
We love the look of the Devonshire style, but I must say the 1.28 gpf works great.

Great flush and fills fast

The Devonshire toilet certainly looks good and hopefully will work well for a long time. 2 issues, however. First, the tank arrived with a small chunk out of the porcelain at the top. This was a manufacturing defect, not a shipping problem. The tank lid covers the missing piece, but someone let this slide through quality control when they shouldn't have. This is an expensive toilet. Second, no one told me that the 2 parts (tank and base) would be coming separately, so I called the plumber when the first box arrived. They didn't charge me for a wasted trip, but they wanted to. On 3 different occasions I tried to get through to customer service at Kohler. Each time the phone rang once and then the call was disconnected! What customer service? Why doesn't Kohler send the customer an email stating that the product will arrive in 2 separate boxes from 2 different locations? Easy and effective. Would I buy another Kohler toilet? Right now I doubt it.

Hopefully the toilet is better than Kohler's service!

We installed this about 3 weeks ago - so far, so good. Will update as time goes by.

Great Toilet thus far

Good commode so far! Redid our half bath and the design fits in well and the height is great! So much better than the regular standard height Just hope tit continues to work well. It’s only been a few months.

Nice design

This KOHLER® Devonshire two-piece toilet combines high efficiency with the old-world style of the Devonshire collection. Its single 1.28-gallon flush setting provides significant water savings of up to 16,500 gallons per year (versus an old 3.5-gallon two-piece elongated toilet) without sacrificing performance. An elongated bowl and comfortable height ensure ease of use.

The K-3837 high-efficiency toilet offers water savings and comfort features including an elongated bowl and easy-access height.
