The remote could be made more responsive and durable feeling considering the price.

installed it last week the motion sensor (auto flush , auto open seat led) is ok, but the manual bottons and the remote is not function , i hear beep during press the bottons or on remote but the unit is no response when i press seat led up no response but only beep . Please help us fix this problem i already check and read the installation and home owners guide manual , i already do all steps for troubleshooting but nothing happened. Please help us.

Malfunction 2 units of eir intelligent toilet

I love my Eir bidet.  I might take it with me when I move since  I'm spoiled.

How did I live without this wonderful invention?

I recently purchased a Kohler smart toilet, and I’m thrilled with it! The aesthetics are stunning—sleek, modern, and elevated by the hidden electrical and water lines, which give it a clean, seamless look. Bought this last week and just finished installation today.  Never used a bidet before, but so far, I can tell it is going to be a great purchase.  Remote could be a little more responsive, but as far as functional, it does everything advertised very well.

Very nice smart toilet

Love it but if standing, it can flush prematurely.  Gotta wave a foot to prevent the lid coming down b4 you're ready.

I have 4 intelligent toilets from Kohler. I have two Eir and two Veil. Look pretty but thats about it. I have had to fully replace one toilet. The Eir toilet now runs non stop. I would only give these products one star however the kohler customer service is top notch.

I bought two of these automatic toilets. At first everything was wonderful and I thought I had made a great investment and after a few months I noticed that the toilet seat was turning yellow and there was no way to buy a replacement for the toilet seat, just the lid. I got in touch and they told me to use the Kohler product (which didn't help). Now I noticed that the toilet in the guest room that is rarely used is turning yellow too. Anyway, there is no replacement for that seat and now I have to accept that I spent more than 10 k on two toilets that are yellow and look disgusting. I don't recommend it at all.. Kohler should offer the toilet seat replacement option and not just the lid option, this is unacceptable!!!!!!
