I went to place the top on but it doesn’t fit.

Top of the tank doesn’t fit

Our Son Drew is in a wheelchair and the chair height Elliston is perfect when we transfer him back and forth from the toilet to his wheelchair. We own two one for each bathroom. Kohler customer service is amazing as well. Thanks

Great quality

This is a very nice toilet. It was easy to install and the installation didn’t take longer either. This was the second time I have replaced a toilet in my home on my own. My son is 6’5 and these shorter toilets are too small for him. He feels crunched when using it. Thanks to influencers and Kohler I was given this toilet for free in return for my honest review. My son absolutely loves it. The height is perfect and he is no longer splashing everything in sight. The height truly helps. My son is very tall and about 250. This toilet has held him up with no problems at all. It is very well made and looks amazing in our home. It flushes very easily and it has not had any issues clogging or malfunctioning at all. It is such a nice toilet. We’re going to get another one and put it in the main bathroom. I highly recommend it, it’s very affordable also.

Very well made and easy to install

Oh boy this is going to be long. The toilet I reviewed is in the box but unfortunately it was damaged during install or afterwards. We’re not exactly sure how this happened. The toilet was delivered and we had to meet to get it due to road closures. Still not an issue it happens the toilet seem to come in perfect condition. We were installing a Pittsburgh potty as we are remodeling our main bathroom and if you live in Pennsylvania, do you know Pittsburgh parties are very common but my house didn’t come we had a plumber. Come to help with the install as my husband is general contracting Certified and electrical but was a bit concerned when it came to adding new waterlines. This was all planned before we had even purchased the toilet or I had received this product. I was so excited for this product. We are still looking into ways to possibly fix it. We have not been able to get it back from the plumber at this time. Seem to go great the toilet was nice. It was comfortable adjustable and the water flow wasn’t low or high, but it seem to use less than the older toilet in our house few days later we start having water pressure issues. We have the plumber come out my husband noticed a few issues with the actual piping, while the plumber and his worker fixed these issues, they decided that the toilet needed to be removed to fix another pipe. This is when things went downhill the plumber and his worker damaged the toilet. They had cracked a big crack up the side and we are still baffled at how this occurred and because my husband was not physically there at this point all we can do is take their word for it. They blame the toilet I do not my husband does not toilet was able to be used, previous to the waterline issues caused by elbows in odd positions. I have put off this review as long as I could hoping that we would have that toilet back as you can see. I did have to buy a small low water use toilet. This toilet works fine but it’s very small. We had to stop the Pittsburgh potty project. This was meant to be an entire powder room walls floor sink installed into this area. We are waiting to hear still if they will replace the toilet with the same toilet. We have decided to keep the smaller toilet in our basement and when we are provided with a replacement in the same model that will be installed in my main bathroom. I’ll donate my current potty when this happens. I actually would have preferred to use this one in my main bathroom as the toilet is pretty nice. It looks like and I love that it is adjustable. Hopefully I can update sooner than later. Again not the products fault. This was error on the installation by a professional and we are still really concerned that they were able to cause so much damage. Once the replacement is provided we will be working with another company that we have used for decades in many of our homes, rental properties and job sites.

Pittsburgh potty escapades

My husband and I are in the middle of our master bathroom remodel, so we were ecstatic to receive the Kohler Elliston Tall toilet free from Influenster and Kohler for our honest opinion. 

Let's start with shipping and packaging first. This toilet was very well packed. It came to us on a pallet. There were a few dings on the outside box - but with how thick the inner cardboard padding was, there wasn't a single scratch on the toilet! They also thought through how to fit everything snugly so that the box isn't huge. The box itself has handles on both sides which is great for transporting. 

The kit comes with all the pieces you should need to install the toilet - the bowel, top/lid, seat, nuts and bolts, wax seal, and most importantly, the instructions! Though, the install was very straightforward and easy to do that you may not even need the instructions.

The toilet itself feels very high quality. The porcelain is quite thick - so it is heavy! I would highly recommend having two people to carry the box inside. The white is a nice bright white.

One of the features we were looking forward to most is the chair-height seating. My husband and I are both tall - so this toilet works well for us! I do think if you're on the shorter side, it may not be the most comfortable for you. We also like that it has an elongated bowl for that extra space. The toilet functions as expected. The flush is powerful and effectively clears the bowl. It isn't any louder than our other toilets. It's pretty easy to clean also.

Perfect toilet for us!

My husband and I recently remodeled our master bathroom and wanted to upgrade from our old toilet. Most of the toilets in the house are on the shorter side for our kids so we wanted something that was made more so for adults. Which is why we thought this toilet would be perfect and so far it has been! It's at a much more comfortable height for the both of us; we find it much easier getting on/off of it compared to our old toilet. The Revolution 360 and AquaPiston technology has definitely made a noticeable difference in keeping the toilet cleaner for longer too. That along with the quiet close seat feature has made the maintenance for this toilet so much easier compared to our old one. This toilet also includes all parts needed for assembly which made it quick and easy to install!

A perfect upgrade from our old toilet.

This toilet is amazing. It was packaged with a lot of care. They made sure it was in there nice and secure, so no moving around while in shipment. It was super easy to install. It’s no fuss to clean it. It has a powerful flush. No second flush needed. I appreciate the elongated mouth. I am short, so my feet dangled a little bit. Not a big deal though. It fit perfectly in the bathroom we put it into. I definitely recommend this toilet to family and friends.

Let me just say I have never installed a toilet before and had no idea if I was even going to be able to do it. We put this is my mothers house and it was so easy. It’s only about a 8 step process. It come with everything you need (except wrench) to be able to install! The toilet is 2 inches higher than the standard toilet so it’s perfect so anyone that is tall or taller that has a hard time getting back up from being too low to the ground. This is perfect for my mom! Love it!

Great toilet for tall people!

This toilet is tall! It is very nice quality and we love it. The toilet seat is very comfortable. It is made for adults as it is a tall toilet but it works just fine for us. Our smaller children just use a different bathroom.
