The box was unopened and it came with no hardware. No top tank mounting nuts, no wax seal, no caps for the floor bolts.

Toilet is great, but

This is the second toilet (elliston) I've brought home and both have issues with the glazing. There are cracks/gaps in the glazing that do not seal out water from getting behind the glaze. Sent pics to customer support and was basically told to keep going back and forth to the store until I get a good set. I used to think kohler was higher quality, not sure what happened to that. This has been a frustrating experience. You can't expect customers to Lug toilets back and forth to a store because your product lacks quality control and final inspection.

What happened to quality control

This toilet is awesome. It just so happens that the fittings from my old toilet was leaking. My husband had replaced it, but it kept getting worst. So we were in the market for a new toilet when we had the opportunity to receive this. We had to replace the subfloor underneath before we could install it because the floor had rotten out. I love the swirl technology when it flushes.

This toilet is beautiful, it was easy to install and has a nice strong flush. It looks so nice and sleek and the biscuit color matches my bathroom perfectly. It’s very heavy and is a quality product. Nothing less than I would expect from Kohler. Highly recommend

Great toilet!

I really like this toilet.  I like the elongated seat.  The comfort height is great!  I love the no clog.  The no clog feature is really great when you have small kids that like to throw things in the toilet.  It's easy to install.  Replaces your old toilet easy.  I think the price and value of this toilet is great!  I highly recommend this toilet.

Awesome Toilet

We love this two-piece elongated toilet. We were looking to upgrade since we purchased our new home a year ago. This was very easy to swap out and install, it's the best brand in the business, and is comfortable.

Great brand and easy to install!

I got this toilet as we have a clogged one we think due to a toy one of our kids put in it by accident. We really like this toilet so far and have had no issues whatsoever. It was easy enough to install as I had my 15 yr old son help install it.

Great toilet

Normally we are fans of Kohler products and is our go-to. This design is a big miss! I do not know why but there is a tremendous amount of splash to the underside of the toilet seat. I've never seen such a thing! Guessing it must be the shape of the bowl. VERY disappointed and it's not like I can just run it back down to the store for an exchange...

Disappointed

I used this to replace an old toilet that was in my basement bathroom. This uses half the water and looks really nice as well. This was the first toilet I have installed and it went pretty easily. I am fairly handy and toilets can cause issues if you don’t do them right, but as long as you have some understanding of what to do you should be good.

Fantastic

Kohler has done it again by making this perfect two piece toilet. It was easy to assemble and includes a soft close toilet seat, all necessary hardware, wax ring and easy to follow instructions. I replaced my 40 year old toilet with this new aged elegant toilet. The toilet is well built with high quality gaskets between the tank and the base and more efficient plumbing within the tank. Also, this toilet uses half as much water per flush as my old toilet so I will save a lot on my water bill. Inside the tank is a QR code that pulls up a document on how to fix any issue that you ever encounter with the toilet. I found this toilet to be a great replacement and would highly recommend.
