Love the look and quality of this toilet but seems the screws to attach the seat to the toilet were not included. Should not be advertised as "complete" if there are important hardware parts that are not included. Inconvenient but otherwise love the look.

No hardware to attach seat to bowl

Sarah S.

Pleased during installation with the "DryLock" system eliminating bolt holes in the tank as bolts attached to bottom of tank and then to base. Also good to see how toilet seat easily pulls away for cleaning. BUT ... the flush fails to clean the bowl. The whoosh sounds good, but leaves mess behind. It is so bad. Maxed out water in tank; hold down flush lever, without benefit. We bought two of these ADA height toilets but are taking one back (not yet installed). And if we get tired enough of poor cleaning flush I may just remove and replace the installed toilet.

New features but poor flush
