This toilet stopped working within two weeks of purchase and installation!!!!! First, the toilet run unnecessary small flushes, shortly thereafter it lost power. The manual flushing feature is super weak, it takes 2-3 flushes to eliminate even a modest amount of toilet paper. Totally lost now that I have nobody to take care of it

STOPPED WORKING within TWO WEEKS of Installation!

Excellent smart toilet with a great feature set for the price. The auto lid, heated seat, bidet functions, and automatic flush all work very well and make it feel genuinely premium. Installation was surprisingly straightforward and easier than expected if you have basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. We’ve been using it regularly and have had zero issues so far. Very happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend it.

Great features & easy install!

We are enjoying this toilet we purchased at Costco. We replaced a non -bidet Toto that needed parts replaced often and toilet had to be pulled to replace flush kit. Hoping these parts will last longer.

I’m a plumber, and I don’t say this lightly — this is one of the most overengineered, poorly thought-out toilets I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
On paper, it looks great. In reality, it’s a maintenance nightmare wrapped in plastic and gimmicks.

The design is unnecessarily complicated for something that should be simple and reliable. Every added “feature” just creates another failure point. Instead of improving performance, it makes basic service harder, slower, and more expensive.

Installation is not intuitive, access to components is a joke, and when something goes wrong (and it will), you’re dealing with proprietary parts and tight clearances that turn a basic repair into a frustrating, time-wasting mess.

If I could give this negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY.

This is really a smart toilet

Manual is wrong to turn off auto flush. Auto flush is trash and flushes 4-5 times. It's a poor design and violates all local codes.

Do not buy

Great toilet!  Looks great and works perfectly.  It's an affordable solution for this type of function and look but has the quality of Kohler.  I'm so happy I found this toilet.

Bought 2 Fora toilets for my remodeled home. After 2 days of usage, one of them has leaking issue and I request a replacement. The other one’s remote control doesn’t work and the flushing power seems to be weak. I am very concerned with the quality of this model.
