I bought this toilet, Flushing ability is great!!!

Purchased and installed this model in 2020.  It worked fine for a few years but now when flushed, replacement water doesn't flow through to the bowl.   It can take 5 or more minutes before water will all of a sudden, flow into the tank.  Most bizarre.  We have adjusted the mechanisms but it hasn't helped.  The interior parts are cheap looking and made out of plastic.   The flush handle is a cheap plastic.   It falls off regularly.   Also note that because of it's shape the toilet needs to be cleaned often or it will smell.  Next time I shop for toilets I will take a close look at the mechanisms within the tank.  When I purchased this one, the display was up high and I wasn't able to view the interior. I have another more expensive brand of low flush toilet installed in my house that has performed well without issue for over 25 years. I don't recommend this toilet for the long haul.

This toilet is two years old and already called the plumber twice at 189.00 to unstop the toilet. I will never but this again and I would like a refund because it’s defective

I bought two (2) of these thru Lowes several months ago to take advantage of the taller siting height.  Several times the flush has not been complete.  In fact I have had the toilets clog three times, and one time I was unable to clear the line and had to call the plumber.  I have checked the chain length and the water leveel and both are at secified deminsions. I don't know if the water passage way is smaller than the toilets I replaced or there just isn't enough constant pressure being generated to completely clear the toilet. Is there a better flush valve available?

Incomplete flush

1. Missing installation bolts (under tank bolts).
2. Defect on bowl top porcelain.
3. Floor retention bolts are not perforated for length adjustment; requires hacksawing (per instructions).

Kohler quality control disappoints

Great to have everything needed in the box.  Seat is thinner plastic than most, but slow close.  Only two options for the handle to flush (trip handle), chrome or brushed nickel. Need to add ORB and other standard colors.

Limited options flush handle

I bought 3 of these toilets to replace ours. y plumber realized that 2 of the 3 boxes didn't have all the screws that mount the tank to the bowl. he instructed me to go back to the retailer and buy more screws. The retailer said they are unique and they don't stock them, this is a recurring problem with Kohler and instructed me to contact them directly for the screws. Kohler is sending them out no charge, but who is going to pay my plumber for the 2nd trip he has to make to complete the install?

Make sure you have all the hardware

Very happy with this Kohler toilet.  It’s a bit fancier by design than our previous one, but looks and functions great!  Installation was pretty simple.  I like the easily removable seat for cleaning purposes.

Functional and looks good

We were desperately needing a new toilet. Ours was very old, inefficient and the handle kept braking. I've never owned this brand of toilet but have heard good things, and was excited to get it in the house. Everything was in the box and installation was fast and easy. We had a new toilet within the hour! It looks really nice and is a major upgrade from what we had before. There seems to be a lot less water going through this one, yet it's more powerful. I am pretty tall and it's a nice height for me. I'm really happy with it and so is my family! I would definitely recommend this product!

I bought this a couple weeks ago....... We just installed it and im very pleased with this toilet i love the design and the flow it gave my bath room!! Also flushs very smooth and this toilet is not as loud as the rest!
