The toilet is beautiful I like the square base and it’s been nice having an higher toilet

The tank was broken into 3 pieces.  There is NO packing between the cardboard box and the tank!

We are disappointed with the tank for this toilet. There seems to be a chunk of porcelain, where the seal is. Which is preventing a tight fit. This is creating a continual drip at the back of the toilet.

In addition, the lid does not sit correctly on the tank, it rocks back-and-forth.
Since it was a Kohler toilet, and we have had prior purchases of similar toilets we were expecting a much better product.

Disappointed with the tank, due to a flaw in the porcelain, and a rocking lid.

Stately for sure. The comfort height is wonderful having replaced a small low one piece toilet. Attractive in the space. No more wimpy flushes. Stately has good water level in the bowl and strong flush.

This Kohler Memoirs Toilet purchase and installation completed the transition from American Standard products. High quality again from Kohler!

The overall look of the toilet is fantastic but I imagine that the number of sales is few. I could tell the product had been sitting for some time as the plastic wrap on the lid was extremely difficult to remove and the flushing handle had rust-type spots.

Stunning black toilet

I am impressed with the performance of this item. For more powerful flushes I can hold the handle down longer and get a strong, continuous blast. I replaced a Kohler San Raphael which was very inferior compared to the aqua piston

This works very nicely and matches my Memoirs set

A very good quality product as expected.  I would give this five stars if something this price came with a seat and lid, but it does not - just the tank and bowl.

As expected

I will not respond with the quality of the project but extremely disappointed in the customer service. Be very sure when ordering from Kohler. I placed an order online and called to cancel it 1 hour later due to change in project timelines, they said they would cancel and I received an email then next day saying it was too late to stop their shipment and I would need to pay for return shipping. Poor customer service that within 1 hour, a customer could not change mind and they couldnot recall the shipping.

In all the images the toilet had a lid on the system but when delivered it did not and had to be bought separately. This was incredibly disappointing and difficult for move in timelines.
