2 yrs in and the toilet is flexing and making noise every time you sit on it. Not sure how to fix this or if I’m going to have to remove the entire toilet. help would be great!

I just installed my memoirs white toilet and the seat and lid are black. My plumber installed it thinking I wanted mismatch toilet and seat. How can I order a white toilet seat? The seat and lid is square. I can’t seem to find this toilet seat. How can I order the correct white seat?

Beautiful toilet but tricky to install.  The seat and lid are attached by anchors similar to drywall anchors.  They failed to tighten properly and the lid and seat remained lose.  Could not remove the anchors and was told by support that they were stripped.  I'm a builder and installed to toilet myself with my plumber and we did not strip them and we did note that they were poorly designed.  They simply failed. Kohler support was unable to help me and I had to cut out the bolts with a multi-tool.  Very unhappy with this poor design and should not have to go to this length to simply tighten the seat properly.
