I bought 2 Kohler Prosa's less than a year ago.  The flush is great.  The flush valve is already slowly leaking and cannot find the replacement in stores. Why are the replacement part not easily accessible at local stores?

I purchased the Prosa one-piece elongated toilet, The toilet is great, but the sear is horrible. There is a design flaw that makes the seat very uncomfortable. too bad Kohler went cheap on the seat.

Seat very uncomfortable

I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my review. The toilet was easy to install and is a nice compact size that is durable and works well.

Solid product

Very well made toilet, sturdy and sleek, very noticeable that it uses much less water than your standard toilet but with much stronger flushing force, I like that the tank is built in to the toilet which prevents the bolt rusting issues, also the float is a great design. It comes with everything you need to mount it so you don’t have to spend extra money on wax rings or anything, very high quality toilet and bang for your buck! Highly recommend! And one of my favorite features is the no slam seat, very awesome design.

Sleek and high performance!

This toilet is top of the line! It can flush a “log” with ease! The installation process was super easy and straight forward and had all the necessary equipment needed for a smooth installation! The lid is a no slam lid which makes it even better! I am getting another one for my second bathroom!

Logs don’t stand a chance!

This toilet was the best addition to my bathroom space. It fit perfectly in my bathroom and was convenient to install as it is in one solid piece. No installation or further building required, just take it out of the box and install. I love that it has a soft close lid that does not pinch you when you sit down or slam when you close it, it is made to be long lasting. It is an easy to clean design with smooth edges that are easy to keep clean with a simple swipe of your hand. I love the height of the bowl as it is comfortable on my back and easy to sit and stand up without straining. My husband loves that is a quiet toilet no matter how many times you flush it, it does not make any loud noises. We both recommend this Kohler toilet for many reasons, our top two being: comfort and quality. You will be impressed by this toilet and not regret adding this upgrade to your bathroom!

It looks like it could have been perfect for my needs! Arrived shattered and customer service was prompt to respond to my claim. Waiting on the updated and looking forward to solve it! It really is best deal on the market for such high quality product.

Good customer service

We have very similar Kohler toilets in our main bedrooms and powder room, so this was a great opportunity to upgrade the old toilet in our basement. As you can see based on the paint on the wall, this is smaller than the old toilet. Kohler toilets are durable and have great quality that can last for years in your house! They’re comfortable, easy to install, save water, and have strong flushes. The toilet lid is soft closing, so you wouldn’t have to worry about slamming. Overall, Kohler products are a great investment for your home. You won’t be disappointed!
