Just moved into a new condo with this toilet installed. The seat hinge broke within the first 4 months.  Replacement hinge part the cracked isn't available for purchase on its' own.  NOT WELL engineered.

I got a brand new toilet. I can say this because my new apartment just finished and I was the first person to use that toilet. Guess what? Within a month, the hinge part started to wobble and eventually was detached from the toilet bowl. I call the building warranty company, but they said this product I can get only through the warranty company. 
So I had to wait... What about after the warranty ends. Where can I get the same toilet seat if it is broken again? So unfair, such a bad quality.

Really useless

Had this toilet installed into my guest bathroom in 2018. After a few uses, the hinge on the seat broke. As it is in the guest bath and is rarely used, I never got around to trying to fix it. My son is now potty training age so I want a new hinge. There is no such thing. You have to buy a whole new seat, which will cost me close to $200 CAD. Ridiculous, as I know after a few uses the hinge will likely break again. 
Do not buy unless you want to replace your toilet seat ever 4 uses.
