Have had this toilet for over 2 years now, we appreciate the compact size and the modernish look. Most importantly, the old toilet this one replaced was frequently plugged, with the Santa Rosa toilet it has only happened a few times and of those only twice did it require using the plunger, the other few times a few extra flushes.cleared the drain. Also even though this is low flow 1.28 gpf version it still works well. Changed out the seat to a Kohler manual bidet (highly recommend). I've seen comments about the tank cover not fitting well, ours fits fine, maybe not perfect but it looks fine and that isn't a reason not to buy this toilet.

Great, affordable toilet that works as described, low flow a plus

I bought this toilet from Home Depot and had it installed by a Home Depot recommended installer.  Shortly after the plumber left, the toilet tank was intermittently filling.  I turned off the water supply valve and saw that after 15 minutes or so, the tank was empty.  I had the plumber back and he replaced the supply valve, but I think the problem is with the plunger.  I told him that, but he was only authorized to replace the supply valve.  It has been a very disappointing experience and I still don't know what part of the toilet is defective.  It is also more noisy than the toilet that it replaced.

I regret replacing my toilet

Santa Rosa is a solid choice for an affordable, efficient toilet that looks good.  I have replaced all 4 of my builder grade toilets with the Santa Rosa now and I am happy with how it is easier to clean and has been reliable thus far.

Kahler's' product and service were perfect. We had to replace a unit that was delivered damaged. Kohler and the service company Clark Kent Plumbing (Austin, Texas) responded quickly and took care of the shipping issue. The Product works perfectly, and looks great.

Superior Product and Service

We love the look and functionality of a one-piece toilet.  Also, once you’ve had a comfort height toilet (this is our third in three bathrooms) there is no going back.

I bought this kholer less than a month ago and ever since I have anxiety every time I flush because it splashes upward . Tried to adjust the water level to no avail !

Excellent toilet but .....

Note to Kohler engineers: Power flush caused air to get into house pipes when toilet flushed.  Cut water flow intake to bowl to twice as long to refill bowl.  Problem solved.
