Great customer service.  Fast delivery. No delivery issues

New toilet

Purchased two of these and have them for two months.  They are efficient (water), comfortable and better "self cleaning".  You still have to clean some "residue" but a lot less times than our old Gerber unit which was incredible!

Highly recommended for families (elongated).

The "retail" price is NOT what you should pay.  Anyway between $450 to $700 CANADIAN is the real price you can get.

Well worth the price

It is chair height, flushes amazingly (spins around the bowl), and the with the ContinuousClean feature we never have to worry about the toilet when we have guests,

This was a great choice for our guest bathroom.

I remember back when toilets used 3gpf and any toilet that used less were problematic, to say the least. So, I thought the flush would be my biggest gripe but this toilet has an amazing flush AND only uses 1.3gpf! The real issue here is the poor quality control during manufacturing. Hairline cracks and unfinished areas where the tank joins the bowl leaves the toilet dripping water on the floor. Disappointing to say the least...

An otherwise great toilet brought down by a lack of quality control.

Just installed this toilet and the flush valve itself leak constantly. Not the basket with the yellow gasket but the seat of the valve as it is installed into the vitreous china….fail!

Never again

I bought 2 of these toilets and they both are terrible at flushing. My contractor said you have to hold the handle down so it does a "second" flush, which means flushing with more water.  How do you tell guest this information without embarrassing them on using this toilet? I'm debating getting rid of these newly bought toilets and spending more money with another brand.

When I first had this toilet installed, I was very impressed. It worked so well, I sang it's praises to other friends. One friend said she had 4 of these toilets in her home and had constant issues and 
problems with the toilets. I was surprised and just 
assumed it was something she our her family was 
doing. Unfortunately,  I now believe her. I have had this
 toilet for less than 6 months, and now it is broken. I
 did not put anything "inappropriate" in this toilet to 
break it. I've used 2 different types of plungers to try 
to fix it. No success. I will now need to hire a plumber 
to fix a less than 6 month old installed toilet. I do not 
recommend this toilet.

Beautiful design. Love the seating height, 360 flushing and continuous cleaning.
