I purchased the Hearthhaven 60” vanity on Kohler.com and recently installed it and couldn’t be more impressed; so impressed that I’m going to write a detailed review- writing this on my phone so apologies for formatting or spelling errors: 


1) Delivery:  this product is large and was shipped via carrier on a pallet.  The carrier confirmed I would be available at a time of my choosing via text message notifications, including timing updates & a call from the delivery person when they were one delivery away.  Absolutely loved this level of communication and ability to select a delivery time that would work for me

2) Packaging: this vanity is very heavy and I have to admit that I was worried it would be damaged or break somewhere during the shipping process.  I am beyond pleased to say this arrived in perfect condition and packaged incredibly well- pretty sure if I could pick this up and drop it from 3ft off the ground, it would survive unscathed.  The packaging engineers deserve a raise- you’ll understand what I mean when you get yours!  I recommend flipping the box upside down and removing the entire outside box straight up- this worked well to remove the vanity first to get it inside and then get the sink/top (which was already mounted- very convenient) thereafter. 

3) Condition on arrival: could not be happier with how this arrived, thanks to the packaging described above.  There were some very minor dots of paint missing, but I think this occurred during my installation process and not during shipping.  I simply used a like-colored magic marker to touch up the few dots on the front of the cabinet, making them essentially unnoticeable; for something this big, very reasonable either way- 9.99/10 on arrival condition.

4) Installation: very easy and straight forward installation, instructions were well clear, and the process was not as scary as I thought it would be.  I was working with a space of ~60.5 inches in my bathroom which made it more challenging but that is not fault of Kohler or this beautiful piece.  The sinks were pre-mounted and the doors were already installed so that saved a great deal of headache.  I will just mention- the doors can be adjusted but the adjustment screws are hidden behind a clip on each hinge- the hidden aspect and clip was not mentioned in the instructions so I was slightly confused until I figured it out; I’m sure this is pretty standard for high end pieces but I haven’t installed something like this in the past.  If I could figure it out, you can too (although I recommend adding that info to the instructions).

5) Quality:  Nothing short of beautiful and elegant.  Incredible sink top, beautiful design, well painted.  Exactly what I would expect from Kohler - paired this with two Purist widespread, cross handle faucets in Brushed Nickel to match the vanity hardware and it looks incredible and elegant.

Overall: could not be more pleased.  Every aspect matches and exceeds my expectations of Kohler and I could not be more pleased.  This is heavy, so you will need at least one other person to help with getting it to your desired bathroom location.  11/10 overall, I love it.

Completely disappointed,,, the cabinet doors are not all the same size and are not aligned,,,we have had our handyman attempt to align them but they are not the same size to accomplish this.   Please reach out to us and send us your new doors.
