Do not order from the Kohler website at least for the US. I ordered a vanity to be delivered. The company Kohler uses is called Central Transport. Because this vanity was “curbside delivery” I had to be at home to receive the delivery. The window provided was extremely wide : 9am-4pm. At 1:00pm I received a text message saying the vanity would be delivered between 1:37-2:37. It is currently 3:30pm and there is no sign of the delivery.
Trying to call and talk to someone at Central Transport means you need to be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. If I had known the delivery experience was going to be so poor, I would not have ordered this

There are a couple grease stains on the quartz top. Otherwise I like it. But if it comes with a grease stain already, that makes me worry that it will easily stain from basic use in my bathroom. 

After this was installed, I ordered a side quartz piece. It wasn't shipped for weeks, then when I tried to cancel it they claimed it was already loaded on a truck. Then days later I received an email saying it had just shipped. Not sure what kind of company loads things for shipment then days later actually ships it. Sounds more like I was lied to to justify taking $8 in shipping costs from my pocket. Nevermind that when I asked the chat feature to cancel the order, they said they did and that it wouldn't ship because it was still in the warehouse. Then, three weeks later guess what arrives at my house? Now I have to drive over 30 minutes to return something I had cancelled and asked not to be shipped because they won't have FedEx come to my house to get the product they sent after I cancelled it.

Stained quartz top, not great customer service.

Not sure if this one was a lemon, but it didn't hold up. Was beautiful when it arrived but, started splitting in less than a year and forgot about the warranty until after a year had passed, sadly. Others I've purchased did not have this problem. I'll probably still purchase Kohler, but just make sure to do research on different vanities/materials.

Well made basic cabinet. No frills, no pull out drawers, only top drawer tilt-out, but works for our half bath where people don't need to store a lot of things.

Kresla 36" Vanity

I Ordered the Kohler Kresla from Lowes on 12/1/25 and it just arrived on 12/22/25 after being delayed 10 days. When the Kohler Kresla vanity arrived it was defective. The quartz had a piece of metal embeded in it on the right side. I have dealt with a lot of bathroom remodels but have never seen anything so odd. Spoke with Lowes customer service and they uinformed me that they could not send a new top but that the entire unit needed to be sent back and reordered. The Rep from Lowes also informed me that the vanity could be expedited delivery after if I contacted Kohler and explain the situation I even received a case number . I have a bathroom that is not usable until I receive that unit. After repacking and sending the the unit back I had to reorder at my expense and wait for the credit from Lowes. I then tried contacting Kohler directly and they informed me that they could not help me. Very disappointing as no one is accountable to me for that mess up and the conversation. They even tried to charge me the regular price after telling me they would not do that. What a hassle.  So I will wait until I receive the new unit and update this review then.

Had to pay $500+  for return shipping, a term that was not obviously displayed. Additionally I was not permitted to transport the sink myself to the warehouse in Penn, which is not that far from me.  Had I known any of this, I 100% would not have purchased it.
