I bought this last week and installed this week.  I turned on the water line and only a drip came out.  I figured must be something clogging the aerator. The faucet has a small plastic crown nut, but an aerator key was not in the package.  The nut was easy enough to turn since it is new with something to fit into one of the crown gaps. I imagine this would be difficult to get out without an aerator key once it has calcium deposits from the hard water.  I then examined the aerator but it was fused to the plastic tubing coming from the water line.  The mesh/screen(s) were behind the aerator part with blades, but I could not figure out how to remove the aerator part with the blades to get to the screens.  If I tried to gently unscrew the tip, everything turned, including the plastic tubing that went inside the faucet to the handle. I did not want to damage anything so I called customer service and they said it did not need an aerator key (?), and directed me to the diagram for my unit 26369-CP.  The diagram shows the breakdown of the aerator, but not how to remove it from the fused plastic tube.   It appears that the whole tube plus aerator parts need to be replaced.  I will call customer service on Monday.  I think replacing the aerator for any Kohler part should be something easy to replace.  That said, I really like the faucet and how it looks.  It is exactly the beverage faucet I want for my kitchen sink, so hopefully this is a simple fix; I have installed many faucets over the years, but this is the first time installing Kohler kitchen faucets.(Clarus and Contemporary).

Polish chrome look is nice and the size and handle look chic.

Purchased this piece for our reverse osmosis faucet to match the sink faucet dispenser combo. It has a smooth handle, it glides back and forth with ease.

We bought this for our wet bar sink during our kitchen remodel, and didn't install it right away, which meant that we were outside the return window when we realized that it can't dispense both hot and cold water. We had to go buy a replacement at the last minute, and now we own this pointless faucet that we can't use or return. If your home has hot and cold running water, you don't want this faucet.

Useless faucet, only cold water

Looks beautiful, feels really high quality. Instructions were a bit lacking for a lay person, but I'm sure any plumber would have an easy time installing this. Once I found the right parts to connect the filtered water it was a breeze to install.

Love it!  This was a replacement for a faucet that broke and it was a huge improvement!

Bought it a month ago and installed it along with a reverse osmosis filtration system and the installation manual between the 2 products made it very confusing.
