Standard installation of parts included in the product’s box and customer-supplied toilet seats (not including bidet toilet seats), if applicable.

Removal and haul away of old product (typically $50 to $200 value).

Wax ring.

Water supply line, if needed.

Shutoff valve, if needed.

Any work related to modifying the customer’s space, i.e., cutting drywall, moving the water supply line, removing tile, replacing pipes, etc.

The relocation of existing product to another location in your home.

Labor and costs to add or move valve and/or associated plumbing not already present in the product’s project area.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product.

Any electrical work required under the sink, i.e., installing a new electrical outlet.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product.
