Product does not match picture.  They changed the hose connection to the old Fill Valve and the product still pictures the old connection.  It made me think that I was missing parts which caused some serious confusion.

Additionally, there is no information on what parts are needed to make the old fill valve hose work or what new fill valve hose is needed.  And then, i can't even find hoses on their own at my hardware store.

Easy to install and flushes like new now. The original from ~20 years ago was malfunctioning.

The only complaint is that they do not include a tool to get such a large nut on and off the bottom of the tank. Online videos show that there is a specific tool for this, that I couldn't find anywhere. Please make this available for us DIYers. Including in the package would have made me a lifelong Kholer user.

I would recommend this product. When I called the company's office the employee helped me find th part.  The quality of the part is good, so our toilet is not leading any more.

Easy at home repair.  Would recommend find a tool to loosen/tighten large nut on outside of tank.

Just installed a full kit to seal the tank back off and it hasn't leaked once since the repair. It's cheaper on Amazon though. Just use Kohlers part numbers to find what you need on Amazon  and save 40$ on shipping and like 10$ on the products

I bought this to replace the same part in a toilet that was constantly leaking water. All of our other toilets use a simple flapper valve that never leaks and is cheap and easy to replace. This requires taking the entire toilet tank apart and requires two people to reassemble.  The fact it is more difficult and more expensive - it still leaks.
