Just what I needed

I was able to identify my part via my manual and order by number. The part came in a few days and I was able to complete the fix without a problem.

Easy Fix

Kohler's customer service is outstanding.  Part easily identified by their system and instructional video on how to replace.  I wish every company had similar customer service!

I know this won't be posted but Kohler should still know.  I called Kohler on 1/29 about issues I had on 2 Kohler faucets in my home which required new valves.  Long story short the customer service agent said things like "these issues are not Kohler's fault and you are welcome to buy another company's product" as if I had purchased Kohler valves for some reason other than the internal parts of my Kohler faucets breaking down. While its true that valves and other parts need to be replaced from time to time, this conversation has turned me away from Kohler and led me to purchase a Delta faucet, which I am very pleased with.  Its a shame that Kohler employs agents that challenger customers like this and it has inspired me to outright replace my Kohler products around my house with those of your competitors rather than fix them.  So as it relates to this valve it was a waste of $26.

I’ve had to replace this valve 3 times in the last 5 years.  Not good.

Frequent replacement

The customer service was awesome and helpful, the valve fit right in . That stopped the leak.

Great service

The only problem was that the three check valves in the spacer were in the same position. After replacing the valve assembly and the spacer, there was no water. 
Then, by comparing the old one, I find out that the check valve on the middle was, from the factory, in the wrong position. I just flipped it over and the problem was solved.

Fast delivery

I have 2 Kohler bathroom faucets, both began dripping within weeks of the other. I researched the possible problems, and saw that the valve may need to be replaced. The valve is located inside the stem of the faucet. I viewed directions on the Kohler website, as well as YouTube, and was not able to match the exact directions to my product. There was no way of opening the stem to access the valve, the “skirt” was not removable, even though all directions said it was. I again reached out to Kohler, but was not successful in getting the help I needed. I did replace the compression valves and the aerators on both, but at the end of all of this, I had no choice but to buy new products. Kohler did not offer to replace my faucets, and even when I asked how to return the unused valves, I was directed to Home Depot. I did not purchase the valves from Home Depot, so HD would not take them back. 
I have purchased 2 Delta faucets, which by the way, are guaranteed for life, with full replacement of all parts and faucets at no cost. 
I will never purchase Kohler again.
